7. Delivery & Collection

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and logistics. Kayes Ghana is not liable for delays caused by third‑party transport providers or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Ensuring access for delivery vehicles
  • Inspecting goods upon delivery or collection

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of construction materials, returns are accepted only if:

  • Products are unused and in original condition
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The issue is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect order fulfilment

Custom orders, special finishes, or cut‑to‑size items are non‑refundable.


9. Limitation of Liability

Kayes Ghana is not liable for:

  • Improper installation of products
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors
  • Losses arising from delays, indirect damages, or third‑party actions

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Refund Policy — Kayes Ghana

1. Introduction

At Kayes Ghana, we take pride in the quality of our brick tiles and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of construction materials, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

a. Manufacturing Defects

You may request a return or refund if the products delivered have clear manufacturing defects.

b. Incorrect Order Fulfilment

If you receive the wrong product, colour, quantity, or specification, we will replace or refund the affected items.

c. Condition of Goods

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

3. Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders or special finishes
  • Cut‑to‑size or modified tiles
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage
  • Items returned after the allowed timeframe
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Timeframe for Return Requests

All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  2. Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
  3. Share photos or videos of the product if applicable.
  4. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we will arrange:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

6. Delivery & Return Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (defect or incorrect order), Kayes Ghana will cover all return or replacement delivery costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return transport and handling fees.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

8. Damages After Delivery

Kayes Ghana is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during installation
  • Damage due to improper storage or handling
  • Damage caused by third‑party contractors

Such cases are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
